March 2018 - Present

The Business: an Italian restaurant where people are inspired to socialize with each other as they share good food with great company.

The Challenge: build a destination restaurant that stands out in a saturated market.

The Solution: initially, a strategic social media marketing approach; eventually, a fractional CMO and complete out-of-house marketing department on retainer.

The Results: won Best New Restaurant award, and has become well-known as a Lethbridge treasure.

March 2018 - Present

The Business: a manufacturer and wholesaler of quality walk-in bathtubs with dealers across North America.

The Challenge: make a mobility product more interesting and colourful while enhancing dealer support and direct-to-consumer sales.

The Solution: a fractional CMO and out-of-house marketing department that implemented a full website build, e-commerce site design, email automations, e-newsletters, catalogue development, social ad campaigns, a blog, and more.

The Results: increased direct-from-consumer quote requests by more than 500%, created a secondary sales channel through an e-commerce store, and increased dealer satisfaction and engagement.

May 2018 - Present

The Business: a startup pet food subscription/delivery service and retail store with ambitions of growing across the country.

The Challenge: create and launch a new business and earn customers.

The Solution: a fractional CMO and out-of-house marketing department that implemented a complete brand design, social ad campaigns, print media design (brochures, banners, etc.),  and more.

The Results: earned significant market share in Lethbridge, grew out of first location in one year, and expanded second location in another year, recorded impressive month-over-month growth since opening.
